authors in the making

I started having the kids write their own stories and draw pictures to go along with them. I hear this is good for school and it's awesome to see what they write about and how their drawing improves. Dylan's first story was about a boy called "Dum Dum" who meets some wildlife, while Meghan wrote about a girl named Meghan who lost her dog in the forest .... don't worry ... she found him!
