another day, another hike!

Today we went down to another hiking trail by 16 Mile Creek. Lots of fun had by all once again, this time Charlie got to play in the water, which he thoroughly enjoyed. The kids loved skipping stones and we saw some big fish trying to swim upstream. I think the funniest part of the day was Peter having to carry Charlie up the stairs to the trail leading up the hill. Charlie doesn't like stairs and there was no way he was going up them on his own. Let's just say that both Charlie AND Peter ended up smelling like the creek!
