Janet (a friend and a GREAT RMT) was so amazing and actually offered to massage my neck after her last appointment on Friday night, I really needed it since I was still have a hard time with my mobility and she was amazing. I can't believe how much it helps and I felt so much better because of it. I (heart) Janet!

And more generosity on Friday, Sandra and I went to her mum's place where I collected some amazing plants, Hosta's, Columbine, another one that I don't know the name of. They look horrible right now and I hope they catch up. I can't believe how many plants she gave me (and some for Charmaine too) and she said if we want more to drop by.
